Massage Cupping

30 minutes: $35

Massage Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Lisa and Deanna are both Certified ACE Cupping Practitioners

Medicupping Deep Tissue Treatment

30 minutes: $35/60 minutes: $65/90 minutes: $95/120 minutes: $125

3-5 times more effective than the Traditional Deep Tissue Massage. MediCupping™ uses a machine attached to glass or plastic cups to create suction and pumping movements. One of the most amazing aspects of this technique is the “separation” that the vacuum produces in tissue layers. This enables water absorption and renewed blood flow to undernourished and dehydrated tissue as well as the elimination of old waste and congestion. Along with the substantial health benefits of clearing old debris, the use of suction is invaluable in releasing “knots”, scars and restricted fascia.

Lisa and Deanna are both Certified MediCupping™ Practitioners

Cellulite Reduction Treatment

60 minutes $70/ 90 minutes $100/120 minutes: $130

When collagen and elastin fibers break down in our skin, fat cells move into the dermis and the body tags them as foreign invaders. To protect you, the body encases these cells in a hard shell that produces a lumpy-look. MediCupping™ can break this hard shell and restore the fibers that will push the fat cells back down to where they should be. A special blend of essential oils will be applied during treatment that aid cellulite reduction.

Face Lift Massage Cupping

30 minutes - $35.00

This relaxing facial treatment increases circulation and nutrients to the skin, increases lymphatic flow, and reduces inflammation. By increasing blood flow and circulation to the skin, your skin will regain its youthful appearance. Results are seen and felt immediately. Treatment is performed using silicone, plastic or glass cups to create suction between the cup and the skin, creating an increase in circulation and muscle tone.

Medicupping Lymphatic Drainage Massage

60 minutes - $65/90 minutes $95/120 minutes: $125

The lymphatic system does not have a pump in the same way that our circulatory system does, so it relies on movement to create contraction of the vessel walls. It plays a vital role, aiding the immune system by filtering the waste fluid and works with the circulatory system to deliver oxygen and nutrients. Many important lymph nodes lay near joints; under the arm, in the groin and behind the knee. When damaged or restricted by injury or surgery these lymph nodes cease to function correctly and the area which drains into them becomes swollen and congested.

The use of cupping to assist in the lymphatic drainage process provides the absolute best results for the draining of lymph fluid and toxins. ‚ÄčMedicupping uses a medical grade machine to create the suction and pumping movements to create a soothing, consistent and effective treatment.

After Your MediCupping™ Session

  • Drink plenty of the purest water you can find (not all fluids are equal)
  • Do not exercise until the next day
  • Avoid chills, drafts or heat for 4-6 hrs.
  • Avoid showers, steam, sauna till next day (if you must bathe, keep it lukewarm)
  • Do not receive other bodywork for 48 hours as this could overload your system or it could negate the work that has been done.
  • Remember that MediCupping™ therapy starts working on detoxifying and opening lymphatic pathways slowly for those who have more “solid bloat” or specific trauma to the tissue, but sometimes with dramatic results. Subsequent sessions will yield even better results and eventually will be done faster.
  • If you are participating in the body contouring, it is important to leave the essential oils on overnight and not bathe.
  • Call your therapist with any questions you might have.

Cupping cannot be performed at all on clients who have the following conditions:
Heart attack, Stroke, Cardiomyopathy, Hemophilia, Leukemia, Renal Failure or history, Cirrhosis or history, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Active TB, Dermatosis, or Allergic Purpura, Any Infectious Disease, and Sunburns or Compromised Skin. Cupping should be avoided when taking an anticoagulant medication.
