The recommended 6 foot social distancing simply cannot be achieved during a hands-on massage.
A person can be infected with this virus, be contagious but symptom free for up to 14 days, all the while passing it along to others. It is imperative that we follow protocols to protect each other during this time.
It is important for you to know that your personal safety and wellness is our utmost concern. We will be responsive and address this situation day by day, ultimately our biggest concern is for everyone's well-being.
Consents required to receive service upon reopening - forms will be available and must be signed prior to service.
“I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage from this practitioner.”
“I understand that my name and contact information might be shared with the state health department in the event that a client or practitioner at this facility tests positive for COVID-19. My contact details will only be shared in the event they are relevant based on suspected exposure date, and only for appropriate follow-up by the health department.”
When arriving for your appointment please remain in your car and text to advise your arrival; I will advise when I am ready for you and greet you at the door.
Your temperature will be taken immediately and hand sanitizer will be provided for you to use upon coming into the building and at end of service.
A COVID-19 questionnaire and release form must be completed and signed prior to services.
We both must wear a mask to protect each other during contact. I encourage you to bring your own mask but if you do not have one, I will provide it for you.
Gloves are available if you desire for me to wear them.
